Hey girls!
Brit and Amy your activities sound really good! I was thinking about having all different types of magazines for the students to look through and they have to find all the food advertisements that are in the magazines and then paste them onto a food guide pyramid poster that they created themselves. The next activity was having groups of 5 students and they have to come up with a 20 minute workout, which can include step aerobics aerobics, kickboxing, plyometrics, as well as any weight training like push ups, sit ups, sprints, etc. I think we have great ideas so far.
